Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Steel Fabricators to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in steel structural fabrication and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, and fabricate steel components according to project requirements.
- Assemble steel structures and ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Operate various tools and machinery used in steel fabrication.
- Perform quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy in fabricated parts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in steel structural fabrication.
- Ability to read and write as per technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using fabrication tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Compensation:
- Salary: 1400 AED – 1600 AED per month
- Additional 400 AED per month for food allowance
- 2 hours of overtime daily, with appropriate compensation
